      What are the different types of work orders?

      FacilityONE offers three different types of work orders.

      1. Corrective Maintenance (CM): work orders created to address general repairs, etc.
      2. Preventive Maintenance (PM): automated work orders that generate on set dates/intervals based on required maintenance, typically associated with equipment.
      3. Planned Event (PE): automated work orders that generate on set dates/intervals based on required maintenance, typically not associated with equipment.
