If a user forgets their password for their FacilityONE account, they can request a new one at any time via the Request New Password link available on the FacilityONE Login Page.
RESET YOUR PASSWORD
Users must have the following information ready in order to use the Request New Password link:
- Their FacilityONE username
- The email address used on their FacilityONE account, which must be verified
If the user does not know their username or if they are unsure of the verification status of their email address, facility admins can confirm that information. Or, email support@facilityone.com for assistance.
- To begin, click the Request New Password link available on the FacilityONE UNITY login page
- The link is also available on the Account Administration (Legacy) version of the login page
- Enter the information as prompted, then click Email New Password
- The user should receive an email similar to the one seen below from no-reply@facilityone.com
- If the email has not been received after 5 minutes, check the spam/trash folder first, then contact FacilityONE Support after confirming it has not landed there
- Follow the instructions in the email to access the temporary login page, then click the Log in button to access the password reset page

- Type the new password into both fields indicated below, then click Submit
- The password has now been updated and the user will be able to log in with the new password
