The FacilityONE Query tool is a powerful feature that can provide the customer with a wide range of information on their work orders, equipment, employees, and more.
Basics and Definitions
There are two different types of Queries:
- A Find provides a detailed list view of the requested information. This format is popularly used to display active work work orders assigned to the current user.
- A Report provides a comprehensive data view of the requested information. This format is popularly used to show total hours entered on work orders for a given timeframe.
Queries are built by setting specific Filters and Options based on the information a user wants to see.
- Filters are used to set what the user wants to see in the Query results. For example, all corrective work orders submitted in a given month.
- Options are used to set how the users want their Query results to display. For example, sorted by most recent work order and with the requestor's information included in the results.
