How do I add a work order to F1 MAPS?

On the F1 MAPS floorplans in UNITY, all users can add work orders directly to an area of the facility on the floorplan. These work orders can be accessed liked regular work orders from saved lists, or they can be viewed directly from the print.

Adding Work Orders to F1 MAPS  

On the F1 MAPS floorplans in UNITY, all users can add work orders directly to an area of the facility on the floorplan. These work orders can be accessed liked regular work orders from saved lists, or they can be viewed directly from the print. Additionally, with work orders added using this method, if the user clicks the location of the selected work order while viewing it they will be taken to the exact position of that work order on the print.

• To add a work order to a F1 MAP floorplan, first select a print following the instructions in this article. 
• After the desired print is selected, zoom in on the approximate area of the print where the maintenance issue is located
  
• Hold and click on the print to drop a clipboard icon to represent the work order
  
• This will open a quick Create Work Order card where a Category and Description can be added, as well as attached files
  • Click Save to create the work order
  • Click Cancel to discard
    
• After the work order has been saved, the View Work Order card will automatically be opened
  • Click View to access the full View Work Order page
  • Click Edit to access the Edit Work Order page
  • Click Center to return to a zoomed-in view of location of the work order on the print
    
• After creation, the work order can be accessed via the Active Work Orders layer
  • To turn on this layer, first open the UNITY Tools menu
    
• From the Tools menu, select the Layers option
  
• From the Layers menu, click the Work Orders option
  
• Check the box next to Active Work Orders to view all open work orders that have been dropped on the print
  • Corrective Maintenance work orders will show as blue clipboards
  • Preventive Maintenance work orders that have been associated to a device on the print will show up as orange clipboards
  • Click a work order to view the Work Order card
    
• Work orders dropped on the print can also be accessed from saved Work Order Finds listed on the UNITY home page
• If the work order was dropped on the print, clicking the location chip while on the View Page for that work order will transport the user to the exact location of the work order on the print
